We hold an open house the 4th Monday of each month (except holidays) from 6:30-8 pm.  Feel free to stop by, tour the facility and ask questions.

We require a security deposit and signed contract to reserve your date/time.  For events with alcohol, the security deposit is $750.  For events without alcohol, the security deposit is $350. 

The rental fee for the lower floor (meeting room and kitchen) is $75 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours on Friday and Saturday.   A minimum of 4 hours is required all other days.

Contact our rental coordinator for the upper floor rates. We also have special rates if you are interested in renting the lower floor for ongoing meetings (i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.).
